However, some Internet retailers have ignored our policy and continue to offer our products online. Before you decide to purchase a U-Line product online, we want to make you aware of our position regarding such purchases.

As U-Line does not endorse or support online sales of our products, please understand that any online purchase you make is done at your own risk. U-Line will not assist with any potential issues that may occur, such as but not limited to freight damage, misrepresented products, buyer's remorse, etc. These issues must be addressed and ultimately resolved with the Internet dealer from which the product was purchased.

U-Line products are available exclusively at select appliance retailers and kitchen design dealers nationwide. We believe it is in the consumer's best interest to purchase U-Line products from these knowledgeable local retailers who provide face-to-face assistance, product education and customer service. Most local dealers showcase a variety of U-Line models in their showrooms and provide the added value of after-the-sale assistance including installation, delivery and service if needed.
